An unboxing video is requested for exchange-related claims. Please retain your packaging, photographs and other relevant evidence if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

3. Shipping Charges on Returns

For approved returns, the original outbound shipping charge and the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refundable amount, where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the return.

For example, if an eligible refund is ₹1,000 and the total deductible shipping charges are ₹100, the refund balance would be ₹900. Please Note : courier charges depends upon weight and locations.

Any deduction will be based on the applicable shipping charges. We will communicate the applicable deduction when processing your request.

Shipping deductions will not be applied where prohibited by applicable law, including where a mandatory remedy requires a different outcome.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For approved prepaid orders, the eligible refund balance will generally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

The final refund amount will account for any permitted shipping deductions described in this policy.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

5. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For approved COD orders, the eligible refund balance will generally be issued as store credit or a coupon code that can be used for a future purchase from Al Habibi Store.

The value of the credit or coupon will reflect the approved refundable amount after applicable, permitted shipping deductions.
