Al Habibi Store aims to deliver your order safely and efficiently across India. This policy explains our shipping charges, estimated delivery times and delivery procedures.
1. Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery across India, subject to courier availability and serviceability at the delivery address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below ₹999 are charged a standard shipping fee of ₹40.
The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the applicable charge for your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our general estimated delivery time is 2–5 days, depending on the delivery destination, courier availability and order circumstances.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed using the details provided at checkout. Please check your name, phone number, email address and delivery address carefully before placing an order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address or order detail can be changed after dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹1,499, subject to checkout availability. A ₹100 COD charge applies.
Orders above ₹1,499 are prepaid. The payment methods available for an individual order will be displayed at checkout.
6. Tracking and Delivery Issues
If tracking information is available, use the tracking details provided in your shipping notification.
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or otherwise appears to have a delivery issue, contact our support team with your order number.
7. Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.
Provide your order number and any available photographs, video or packaging details. We will review the matter and explain the available next steps under our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.
8. Returns and Shipping Deductions
For approved returns, the original delivery shipping charge and return shipping charge may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the return.
