3. Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
The price and applicable charges presented at checkout govern your order, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law. We will not use this provision to remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
We reserve the right to correct listing errors and address unavailable products appropriately.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. Order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as appropriate and arrange any refund required by applicable law.

5. Payments
Payment methods are those displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, cards and other prepaid options.
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹1,198, with a ₹100 COD charge. Orders above ₹1,198 are prepaid, subject to the options displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate information and use an authorised payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Our general estimated delivery time is 2–5 days across India, subject to courier availability and destination.
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹999 incur a standard shipping charge of ₹40.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return or exchange requests should generally be submitted within 3 days of delivery and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
For approved returns, the original outbound and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.
Approved COD refunds are generally issued as store credit or a coupon code, except where applicable law requires another remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
8. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operations, submit fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes.
